Instructions

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes, creating a light base.
- Add in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing well then incorporate cocoa powder until completely blended.
- Gradually fold in the flour, mixing until no streaks remain; finally, scoop onto prepared baking sheets.
Notes
- For chewier cookies, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
