Description

A delicious ribeye or sirloin steak drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Remove the steak from the fridge and let it rest.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring until well combined.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the rested steak against the grain.
  6. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the sliced steak, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Adding the parsley at the end enhances the flavor and presentation.
