Description
A delicious ribeye or sirloin steak drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Remove the steak from the fridge and let it rest.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring until well combined.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the sliced steak, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adding the parsley at the end enhances the flavor and presentation.
- Make sure to slice against the grain for tender bites.
