Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz fresh or dried ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare any additional vegetables or proteins.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  3. Add ramen noodles to the mixture; if using fresh noodles, cook on low for 4 hours; if using dried noodles, cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Add any proteins or veggies halfway through cooking time to keep them firm.
  5. About 10 minutes before serving, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve in bowls topped with sliced green onions and halved soft-boiled eggs.
