Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: shredded Parmesan, chopped parsley

Instructions
