Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a bundt pan thoroughly.

- Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until well combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed before adding the next.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the vanilla extract gently and pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
