Description

A comforting spiced milk tea that’s perfect for cozy moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose black tea)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp cinnamon (ground or 1 cinnamon stick)
  • 23 tsp sugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, ground cinnamon, or cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea – Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep tea bags or loose tea for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  2. Heat the Milk – In a small saucepan, gently heat milk with cinnamon and sugar. Do not boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved and milk is fragrant.
  3. Combine & Flavor – Remove tea bags (or strain loose tea) and pour brewed tea into cups. Add the warm milk and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Serve – Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • This tea can be customized with different sweeteners or spices according to your preference.
  • For a stronger tea flavor, allow the tea to steep longer.
