Description
A delightful strawberry cheesecake fluff topped with gnome hats made from whipped topping and candy-coated chocolates.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
- 2 cups whipped topping or stabilized whipped cream (for piping)
- 6–8 red candy-coated chocolates (such as red Sixlets or M&M’s)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the powdered sugar and continue beating until fully combined and creamy.
- Mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract, scraping down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until the mixture is light and airy, taking care not to deflate the fluff.
- Spoon or pipe the strawberry cheesecake fluff evenly into small clear dessert cups or glass jars. Smooth the tops if needed.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 20 minutes while preparing the gnome hat topping.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a large round tip (such as Wilton 1A) with the whipped topping.
- Pipe a tall swirl on top of each cup, curling the peak slightly to one side to mimic a gnome hat.
- Gently press a red candy-coated chocolate into the front base of the swirl to resemble the gnome’s nose.
Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Chill the assembled cups for a couple of hours for better flavor and texture.
