Delicious smoked salmon and cream cheese spread on toasted baguette slices

- 1 baguette (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 oz smoked salmon (sliced)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast bread for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.
- Mix cream cheese with lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto toasted bread slices.
- Top with smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

- For a twist, add capers or avocado slices.
