Description

Delicious roasted baby potatoes tossed with Parmesan cheese and aromatic spices, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
