Description

This Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge is rich, creamy, and filled with mini marshmallows and M&Ms. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat at home!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup M&Ms (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Gently fold in marshmallows and M&Ms, reserving a few M&Ms for topping.
  5. Pour mixture into the pan and smooth out evenly. Press reserved M&Ms on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 36 squares.
