A refreshing salad that combines the crunch of broccoli and the sweetness of apples.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 large crisp apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji), diced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, diced apple, dried cranberries, red onion, and sunflower seeds or walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
- This salad can be made a few hours in advance for better flavor.
- Feel free to substitute the nuts based on your preference.
