Description

This delicious garbanzo bean tahini dip is perfect for a quick snack or a healthy appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Place drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Add enough water to just below the level of the garbanzo’s.
  3. Puree and blend well. If you like a thinner consistency, just add more water and continue to blend until you reach desired thickness.

  • Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
  • This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
