Ingredients

- 2 large fresh oranges (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Zest and juice the oranges, reserving half the juice for later.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract to the cream mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold in orange juice and zest without deflating the whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving dishes; refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
- Serve garnished with mint leaves and optional orange slices.
