Deliciously rich chocolate cookies made with dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Melt the dark chocolate and gradually incorporate into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft; cool on wire rack.

- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
