  • 1/2 tsp french almond extract
  • 3 tbsp raspberry jam/jelly
  • 1 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
  • 20 fresh raspberries
  • 4 large croissants
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp confectioners’ sugar (icing/powdered sugar)

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C/350F (fan).
